Dirtbag Program

‍Welcome to the Dirtbag Program operated by Red-Point ("Company"). By submitting content to theDirtbag Program and selecting “I agree” in the Submission Form, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Acceptance of Terms:

By participating in the Dirtbag Program and submitting content, you agree to be bound by these Terms andConditions and represent that you have read and understood them.

Content Submission:

When you submit any content (including, but not limited to, text, images, videos, 3D models, GPS files in any format) ("Content") to the Company through the Dirtbag Program, you agree to follow the submission guidelines provided by the Company.

Grant of Rights:

(a) By submitting Content, you hereby grant the Company an exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works of the Content in any form and through any media.

(b) Upon submission, you transfer all rights, title, and interest in the Content, including all intellectual property rights, to the Company.

(c) You understand that once submitted, you relinquish all rights to use the Content commercially or publish it elsewhere.

Your Representations and Warranties:

‍You represent and warrant that:

(a) You are the sole author and owner of the Content or have the legal right to submit it.

(b) The Content is original, does not infringe upon any third party's rights, and is not defamatory or otherwise unlawful.

Compensation:

‍(a) You acknowledge that your submission of Content entitles you to the compensation agreed with the Company.  

(b) The company has the right to change or modify the fees as it sees fit at any moment and without previous notice.

No Employment Relationship:

Your participation in the Dirtbag Program does not establish an employment relationship with the Company. You are an independent contributor.

Compliance with Local Laws:

You are responsible for ensuring that your submission of Content and its creation complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. The Company is not liable for any violation of such laws and regulations by you.

Indemnification:

‍You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Amendment and Termination:

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time or terminate the Dirtbag Program.

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia.

By submitting content to the Dirtbag Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms andConditions.
